Gastrointestinal hemangiomas are rare benign tumors usually presenting with hematochezia or melena. The most common location is the small bowel, followed by the colon and rectum. They are often part of genetic conditions and are usually diagnosed during childhood. We present a case of a 45-year-old woman who was first diagnosed with diffuse gastrointestinal hemangiomatosis at the age of 8 when she presented with gastrointestinal hemorrhage. She has had sporadic episodes of melena without hemodynamic compromise or anemia. Endoscopic evaluation showed multiple ingurgitated veins along the entire colon and terminal ileum as well as multiple telangiectasia in the gastric antrum.
