A 5-year-old male with Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome (PJS) underwent single balloon-assisted enteroscopy to address several gastrointestinal polyps, namely a 30mm polyp in the proximal jejunum, identified through capsule endoscopy (CE). The polyp was treated using ischemic polypectomy with endoscopic loop and clip ("loop and let go" technique). There were no side events. The patient keeps surveillance through CE. To our knowledge, there are no previous reports of therapeutic enteroscopy in PJS patients at such a young. Furthermore, this case highlights the potential and safety of this treatment approach in pediatric population.
